I am the temple dancer and guardian Shyaad. In the epoch of Atlantis I worked for you with so many temple dancer in the Halls of Amenti. We danced the dance of life for you, guided you into deep trance so that you were able to renew yourself without having to return home. Each and every one of you has temple dancers by his side.

Our tasks as guardians at this time is to guard and to watch over the gates of Lemuria. I have come here in order to prepare you for the dance of your life in front of the gates of Lemuria. With the fire light I guide you into the epoch of Lemuria where the guardians, many beings of the universe as well as Toth have gathered in order to receive you. Thus prepare yourself for the journey of fire. Follow the rhythm of the sounds, let yourself be lead and call up the magnificent energy in you, the golden angel. And he will unify your aspects. The guardians, the temple dancers as well as I, Shyaad, we love you, honor and respect you. And I say it with the words and with the sounds as we say them: SHAN’THIE’MAA, we serve you eternally. And thus the journey will begin now.

I speak the sounds of love. I speak to you. I look deep into your soul and welcome you in front of the gates of Lemuria. I am Toth. The Lemurian fire, it burns with a radiant power that touches your soul most deeply. For beyond your intellect your soul knows what is concealed behind this gate. It is the pure energy of the divine Reality and you feel how something in you changes. The guardians, they call you to gather around the fire together with them and the temple dancers dance in the rhythm of the energy, deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper. You join this energy. And Toth calls you to activate your Sinus Ray. Put your original name on the tip in the rhythm of the energy. Now see all the light beings who have gathered, who accompany you. You will see that Shyaad is standing in front of the gate and observes the event. I call you to try and to permit yourself to follow the rhythm of the sounds by sounding your original name again and again and speaking the words: “I am SO’HAM.” I know, I know that many of you can hardly wait for the gates of Lemuria to be able to open themselves. But it is not because of us, but Lady Gaia alone decides. But we announce, we announce now, together with you, the deep intention that we are ready. We will do this to the sounds of the divine Reality. And I call you: when you rise send your divine light and your sounds, your attributes onto the gate of Lemuria with your Sinus Ray and your original name.

I am Shyaad. You have gone through all the epochs. Everything began with Lemuria. With each incarnation that was filled with light and love, that you have lived, your tracks you have put down, the path of love you have chosen. All of that is the reason that you are here now. For when the gates of Lemuria will be opened it is a new beginning and the old will no longer be. Everything you have done in your incarnations, all of that mirrors itself in the Lemurian fire. You have gone through so many epochs and incarnations and have completed them. What was it that drove you to return and to return onto Earth when you had gone back home into the universe? It was the promise that you once made in Lemuria, to be part of it when the energy change takes place. You have put up with much for it and have lived through many spiritual worlds. You followed the star and announced that the savior, God’s Son, will appear on Earth, then you went the path with him. The tracks of love, the glow, deep love could develop through that and redemption. With each incarnation, with each breath, with each loving thought, with all your hope, your trust, and your awareness we have made it this far together, that the expansion is already so high that although the gate will not be opened, the sluice gates will.

And in your honor, for all that you are, what you have done and what you will continue to do the guardians, the temple dancers, Toth and all light beings have gathered. And they would like to express their respect. And thus they will dance for you once more in the rhythm of the energy.

~Update from Galactics ~ A few days ago while I was doing a healing session I was pulled into a meeting with the Galactics (as that’s the best time to connect with me since I leave my body when I heal). There were many beings there. They were all so different, from different constellations and dimensions and planets, there were many light workers, the ground crew as they call us there as well, some I recognized from knowing you here on earth. We all gathered around a table and started to discuss earth and what to do next. How to go about activating the new energy and pureness. How to collectively cleanse everything and begin the restoration phase.

One topic was where to start from, and currently there are two points on earth which will begin to be activated, one is Israel and the other is Germany in the mountains. Both places are very important as both places hold specific energies that must be released. Both places hold sacred sites with incredible portals and ancient knowledge hidden within them. The peace protocol will begin from these two points. Which point will be activated first remains a mystery, but we will soon find out. If you find yourself in anyone of these points in the next year and a half, expect to have phenomenal experiences, as you will be called there for a very BIG reason.

We were also discussing if humans are ready for them to descend and the unanimous vote from all light workers who are part of the ground crew was “not yet”. The reason is that the vessel is fragile, and we need to upgrade it first and restore its functionality so that it can hold enough vibration to withstand the vibration of our galactic families instead of just disintegrate. They do adjust their frequency to ours in order to meet with us, however to truly understand who they are and to truly understand who we are, we must raise our frequency to match theirs, then we will be able to converse freely face to face in what we call the “physical”. We still need a bit of time. We have until year 2018 to finish the upgrading of the larger part of the earth in order to integrate the new technologies fully and completely. We all asked for roughly a year. Of course it will all depend on humanity. For now though their main focus is on all of us, the light workers, the ground crew. They want to fully activate everything that’s laying dormant in lightworkers the ones that are at the forefront of this mission. Please note as I was told that there are a lot more light workers that are still sleeping and their time of awakening will come in about a year, those who aren’t ready to wake up just yet. All of this is done on purpose to make sure the mission will continue to unfold as scheduled.

Within this time frame a lot will happen. The earth will go through a major transformation and everything will be sped up significantly. We will awaken more and more to who we are. Our body will go through many adjustments it will be a bit rough for us, but we can handle it. I know that we can. A LOT of upgrades are going to be taking place, which means a lot of “illnesses” out of the blue, unexplained pains here and there. All of this is a natural process as we continue to fully and truly release everything that stands in our way to true remembrance. Most of this work will be done on the light workers, as all of us who are at the forefront of this mission must be completely aware of our own powers. We will be taught A LOT.

Expect that you will be visited nearly nightly and in meditation. Be alert to whom you will be visited by always ask for clearance. Ask them who they are. Send out a test violet/golden ray of light, if they remain standing, you can ease up and converse freely. You will be taught about your own history, where you came from, what you are doing here, what you are to remember and what you are to bring into this world. We will be receiving a lot of new technology, a lot of new ideas will be coming our way, we will be inspired to do things that we never thought we would ever do!

Many of you will feel an urge to change your careers, to move to another part of the world, to do a makeover, a complete change of your life. Those who are in the technology sphere will truly feel enlightened and most importantly be able to bring their ideas to life of new energy, new way of healing, etc., with much less resistance then before.

This will be a strange time where things will go up or down depending on where you stand in your life and on your “forgive, let go, allow” stage. So once again it’s highly important to release everything that is standing in your way.

Please be aware of the news you are reading, certain sacred names will be used in a “negative” way to pollute your thinking patterns and place seeds of fear and anger into your subconscious, please refrain from allowing this to permeate through your being. If you read something that is making you feel uneasy, do not resist it but simply allow it pass right out of you, monitor it as it moves through your body making sure that it doesn’t stick anywhere. The best way it to take a deep breath and relax ALL of your muscles just kind of go limp there for a second in order to let it all go.

This is an important time of equilibrium.. the more light you have and more light you collect over this time period the more light and love you can spread into this world to assist in balancing things out completely when the time comes for PHASE II.

One thing’s for sure everything will be accelerating tremendously. And even if you find yourself at your “lowest” point, please know that all of this is only to propel you forward to make you STOP doing what you are presently doing and rethink everything, change your life completely, and follow a new path.

Therefore LISTEN to the guidance that you will be receiving. This time is very important, listen to your inner self. You are being supported by so many beautiful energies entering our planet, that whatever it is that you WISH to occur in your life will happen incredibly fast! Therefore put all of your thoughts and feelings into what you WANT not what you don’t want. Once again remember the universe does not understand the “DON’T” it only understands the “DO!” therefore think in terms of “I want xyz” not “I don’t want xyz”. Because you’ll get what you don’t or do want.

So what is the main purpose of the weekly updates?
Sheldan says…”The purpose of the updates is to inform, to activate, to empower, to uplift, to inspire and to bridge. Yes, some people are activated by reading my weekly updates and books. The actual activation process is a very subtle one that involves the slight lifting of your spiritual amnesia. Activation takes place through the use of various combinations and sequences of words on each page of either my updates or my books. They contain a specific vibration pattern that sets up a resonance in your suppressed RNA/DNA memory. This vibration pattern then gradually helps to activate your remembrance of those past events and/or universal truths that are embedded in your cellular memory. For many of us who have been reading the updates for years, even though repetitive, they are vitally important because they help us hold the energies that allow us to assist the Galactic Federation.
The galactic viewpoint is that first contact must occur at precisely the right moment, and will only manifest when all the preliminaries are complete. Although most of the preparation for announcements is in place, the last-minute details that complete the steps needed to bring about announcements – cabal arrests – abundance programs – disclosure and mentoring by the Galactic Federation – must be absolutely fail-safe. This is because the vast majority of Earth’s peoples remain unaware of the coming Shift, and the Galactic Federation and Earth Allies have to be extremely careful to avoid mass panic. Above all, changes must unfold peacefully.

As Sheldan’s updates have revealed over the years, the GF have at times miscalculated our readiness for contact, leading us to believe they would arrive sooner than they were able. Obviously the GF have been dealing with a very stubborn cabal that will not be defeated easily, and adjustments to plans and timelines are inevitable.

Gaia is an extraordinarily complex planet. While most planets have just a single governmental system and only one religion, here we have a multitude of governments, cultures, religions, etc., all of which must be unraveled and prepared prior to our reality/ascension Shift. As a whole, our Earth consists of people burdened with far too much baggage and, under ordinary circumstances; the GF could very easily have passed us by. Fortunately, this planet is part of a much bigger picture. Owing to Gaia’s status as a jewel in the galaxy, the GF and heaven have made a rare exception to help us. But it means that we still must go through the process, with all of its inherent delays, before we reach the Divine time for a Shift.

If we become impatient with messages that are repetitive and with endless delays we must ask ourselves: Does my impatience change anything? The way to ascension still remains the same.

Ultimately it is the road we must follow.

Partoos Ascension

In the meantime many things have calmed down on Landras.

The Pioneers on Landras, who are in the adaptation phase now, have for some time had the possibility to connect their 18 aspects whenever they want to. Consequently they can travel with their merkabah, something they really enjoy doing. With that they spread much spirituality, and many inhabitants, who had experienced an inner view before, are being guided into a stable awakening.

It’s true that water is still scarce, but this is also becoming more and more stable. Many star travelers and galactic riders are on various planets in order to collect energies and information that they bring to their inhabitants. These now live in bigger communities and work in a kind of spiritual centers. At the moment everything is looking very good.

During the Kryon Festival the ascension of Partoos occurred.

It was a very big challenge for me, for I heard about it during the Eleua transmission and had to decide when to tell the participants about it. So I asked the imminent walk-in, Angel Michael, to announce the ascension of Partoos if he wanted, which he then did.

The ascension of Partoos took place very, very gently. Very little had to be transformed, hardly anything was destroyed. The inner view of the inhabitants there took very long, approximately 22 minutes, which is long in linear time.

The tone sounded completely different than before on Landras.

The inhabitants of Partoos resemble us very much. In their entire work as well, with the exception that they are hermaphroditic. This means that they bear masculine as well as feminine energies in equal parts within. But it is one and the same form.

After the ascension had taken place and the inner view was over enormous joy and euphoria was released, with singing and dancing. This high energy of joy immediately caused another quake. But everything went very gently.

Nevertheless, more evacuations were necessary on Partoos than on Landras. Very many inhabitants were fetched onto the Ashtar ship. Training followed to release energetic patterns and connect aspects – patterns and aspects, which for some reason had not released themselves during the inner view or had not been embedded well enough so that the merkabah could not develop itself fully. Which now already enables the Pioneers of Partoos to travel to Venus.

They do not take material nourishment anymore, but live on light now. This is subject to free will and does not mean that it will be the same with us.

On Landras about one third less inhabitants than on Partoos were evacuated.

On Partoos many other beings of other frequencies were also fetched. What I think is very fascinating is that these are now working very closely with the yellow frequency, have connected with it, as sounds are very important to the beings of the yellow frequency as well.

On Partoos much work was done with the energy of grace, which I think is very nice, and at the end of the day this has helped the planet to ascend.

In the figurative sense they call it the Kingdom of the Grace Field. In contrast to the Crystal Places they have this area of grace energy that is very similar to the Eleua Energy. Thus the ascension was not really a surprise, for they already knew that this call, this tone would come.

The inhabitants of Partoos were evacuated with their body. After the planet’s ascension the colors changed extremely and also the star tetrahedrons are visible. Sherin manifested herself visibly, the Starseed arrived and everyone sang together and a light prayer was said for the planet. The singing of the angels was also audible.

It was also thanks to the grace energy that everything could be carried out very calmly and gently.

It is a bit different on Earth. Because Jesus was with us and doubted in the moment of his betrayal the seed of doubt was sown. The inhabitants of Partoos do not know doubt. That is why it was a bit easier for them.

Nonetheless I think it is impressive that we, even though we know doubt, now are at the very top of the “consciousness list”.

I can and want to only speak for the Pioneers of the golden-blue frequency, for this concerns particularly the Pioneers of this frequency. There really are very many who are in deep intention, through that much expands very quickly.

Knotting the Lucifer bond is an excellent example.

Particularly for that the grace energy of Partoos that is being drawn off and is flowing to us now is very helpful to our planet.

On Partoos it was also similar to here before the ascension. For many years they, too, received information that everything will collapse, that certain things and structures will not be able to hold on, that it will come to great changes. And suddenly there was a change and these things were spoken about much more intensively. In linear time it then still took about one and a half years until the ascension had taken place.

Up until then much on the outside had already changed. And now they have the possibility to shape all that is new.

I am one hundred percent convinced that in the adaptation phase here, we, too, as Pioneers will go ahead as example. Will lay tracks again to shape the new Earth. I can imagine that a new education system will develop. There will not be money in this form anymore. Nevertheless there will be a balance between giving and receiving in a different form. I can imagine that human beings will live together in centers or villages and everybody will work according to his ability and skill. Perhaps lay out and care for gardens or similar things. In any case, we will be in demand to lay the tracks here. For all the things that have nothing to do with love, that have something to do with power and suppression will not be able to continue and will break up.

But, seen retrospectively, just as with Landras before it was the energetic patterns that had been embedded that were very helpful for the ascension.

One of the new technologies, for example, makes it possible for the inhabitants to neutralize the harmful substances and all pollution that had, of course, also been triggered by the ascension. With the help of new technology they can create and increase water, and each Pioneer has a star vehicle he can travel with.

Not through the universe yet, but they can move from A to B on their planet very quickly with it.

Most inhabitants experienced the transition consciously with their body. Others fell into a kind of coma, and in that time the cells were reprogrammed. Energies were also transmitted to them, particularly grace energy.

The children and young persons will work in their radiant power during and after the ascension. All this will happen with embedded energetic patterns. But they will radiate very much energy that is very helpful to the entire cause.

Basically everything is going similarly to Landras, though in a more intensive form. Everything is transformed immediately and the complete truth shows and reveals itself in the soul.

The Ascension of the Planet Landras

Before the fall of Lucifer an enormous field existed in which many lights worked. Through Lucifer’s fall and because of the hail of comets following his violent explosion this field was pulled into the depths. One part of this field remained in the divine Reality. The rest was removed from the magnetic lines. At the end of the day 389 own planets with their own energy formed, but they are all connected. Basically these 389 planets are a huge field. For this reason the beings of the other planets are very similar to us and subject to the same laws.

All 389 planets have to ascend again for the perfect sound to ring out. All 389 planets have to return to the magnetic fields. The first 12 planets that ascend are very important. When they have ascended there will be a chain reaction and other planets will be raised as well.

The planet Landras

The first of the 389 planets has already carried out its ascension. This planet is called Landras and is now in the adaptation phase. The solar system of Landras is not far away from us. The time window of Landras was 2007, in 2011 the ascension took place.

On Landras many things are very similar to what we know. On Landras there are the same laws. The beings have organs and a body that has formed. They know Lemuria, the promise, the oldest frequency, the various frequencies, the various epochs. Thus God sent something onto each planet that we call Christ or Jesus or Son of God. On Landras the name is God’s Pearl.

The beings on Landras resemble us very much. Some abilities are more highly developed than ours, others again less. The beings there also received good training. It is all very similar to here with us.

I speak with the medium Norina from Landras and other beings very, very much about the ascension of their planet. Norina also belongs to the oldest frequency there. It is highly interesting what I am being told. I would like to share this with you.

The ascension

Before the ascenion the beings on Landras felt, the way we do too, that time is running very fast. What used to be one hour now feels like half an hour. This feeling that everything is going incredibly fast, everything manifests very fast, is the same with us.

Norina told me that something very special changed after the time window of 2007, and they took everything even more seriously. From 2007 an enormously higher number of beings opened themselves for spirituality more. The beings on Landras were already very far advanced in their consciousness. In order to prepare for the ascension they already changed their living situations before the ascension and founded big communities sharing homes. This helped them very much. The planet is not as densely populated as ours. Many so-called speakers, spokespersons and healers got together in order to live and work together.

The ascension was initiated with the perfect sound and there was an enormous earth quake on Landras, just as it is going to happen here. There are no volcanos there, consequently there was no volcanic eruption and no possible darkness that might be caused by ash. Through the perfect sound the Lucifer energy was transformed. Everything that was still necessary was transformed. Almost all the old structures collapsed. Nothing is as it once was.

The awakening of each being happened very suddenly, very quickly. When the perfect sound rang out they felt it to be, against what they had imagined, very unpleasant. It began to vibrate and became louder and louder. This sound became so extreme that the beings on the planet were not able to stand any more and knelt down for as long as it lasted. At the same time they fell into a deep trance during which there was a standstill for 9 minutes of our time. During this time each single being, whether spiritual ot not, had an inner view. It was able to see itself, from its creation through all the incarnations and in each epoch. Thus everybody had the possibility to feel a deep awakening, even if he had been sleeping before. Then the trance eased off. There was no forgetting because of the trance, each being was aware of itself, knew what had happened. Now they carry the realization and the awakening in themselves.

How the children experienced the ascension there is also an interesting answer. Several nights before the ascension the babies did not sleep any more. It was easier for the children. They also had an inner view, but as it is with most of the children of the new age, they were very happy about it.

On Landras there are also Lightpioneers, just as with us. They call themselves the forerunners. Just like us they were trained and prepared in their way. Even they were surprised that the ascension took place so fast although they were able to feel that something is happening. Various beings told me that even the best trained beings had problems with the energetic appearances and light figures that they were suddenly able to see. It was a lot all at once that took place in a very short time.

The adaptation phase

After the inner view total chaos broke out. The planet ascended and all beings unavoidably awakened. But many did not have the embedded patterns that you receive through spiritual development. When a being has an inner view and suddenly knows that everything it has heard about spirituality and the ascension is true it wants to be trained as quickly as possible in its dawning of consciousness. That is the biggest problem there at the moment, for the dawning of consciousness there is not enough “staff”. That is a big challenge for the forerunners there. Because the ascension arrived so surprisingly and the crush is great they have now been fetched into the lightship of Adonai Ashtar Sheran. There they are prepared and trained once more in order to return to the planet then to support the many beings in the dawning of consciousness.

That is why one can imagine what it means when the spiritual world says: The real work begins for us Pioneers after the ascension. In the adaptation phase, in which they now are, each being has the opportunity to expand, to adapt and to stabilize the awakening. The feeling for time has not changed there, but they got a different awareness for everything. For them time is not so important any more after the ascension. They are in the adaptation phase now and they direct their focus to raising all beings in their energy, to expand them and to do their work.

Now they are trying to establish a new order on Landras, and new technologies are being used. There are many forerunners who are often in the Ashtar ship and store knowledge and new technologies. We also have many Pioneers who do this. When Landras awakened as planet this new technology was released very quickly. They are now creating new technologies which is happening very fast because of their training and may not be so easily imaginable for us. Norina has spoken much about the new technology and about the importance of the embeddings and connecting the aspects. That is something that with hindsight they see as the most important thing: The embedding of the energies from the divine Reality. Only now do they know how important it was. In the moment in which the perfect sound rings out the knowledge is released and everything goes incredibly fast.

Currently 80 percent of the Arcturians who normally work on Mother Earth have travelled to Landras in order to do their work there. Beings are needed who can travel into the interior of the planet in order to carry out stabilizations of the energy and the consciousness. At the same time this energy is tied to the planetary grid through which Landras cannot drop in the energy.

Should a being doubt what it has perceived in the trance, then all of it is transformed immediately. Nothing happens unconsciously any more. The beings do not fall back into the intellect any more. In the moment of the awakening the soul aspect was connected with the other aspects. The soul is decisive for everyting. A very high love vibration now exists on the planet.

The beings on Landras breathe prana more and see this as a matter of course as they already did this before the ascension.

What does the ascension of the planet Landras mean for us?

Finally, there were dark elements in your realm that still had a potential to block this move to full consciousness. We have now fully removed this heinous possibility.
